Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days upon processing and confirmation. Standard delivery will arrive within 5 - 7 business days of shipment if the goods are in stock (subject to the order being accepted by us, as will be confirmed to you by email). During sale or special promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, please allow 7 - 10 business days for dispatch. ECCO processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If we cannot dispatch the goods within that time, we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date, and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.
