Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping service for all orders. We shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order. Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days upon processing and confirmation. Standard delivery will arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment, if the goods are in stock (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email). During sale or special promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, please allow 5 - 7 business days for dispatch. ECCO processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.

Shipping Methods

Items ordered on in.ecco.com is shipped via standard shipping service. Standard shipping usually arrive within 3-5 working days after processing your order. Orders are processed from Monday through to Friday. Due to the high volume of orders during special promotion period, please allow 5 - 7 business days for dispatch.
