Your orders are automatically accepted into our ordering system the minute you hit submit. Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days upon processing and confirmation. Standard delivery will arrive within 5 - 7 business days of shipment. During sale or special promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch. ECCO processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Give the shoes plenty of time to dry. Remove the insole and let the shoes dry naturally and never expose them to artificial heat which can damage and distort them.
