Information About Returns | ECCO® Shoes

Refunds will be processed subject to inspection and approval by ECCO India. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. The Item(s) should be unworn and unused and in its original packaging.

Purchase(s) made on “in.ecco.com” is returnable (in part or in full) subject to the process mentioned herein below:

  1. Write to us on customer.care.in@ecco.com with full details of the purchase by mentioning your order details: order number, name of the product to be returned, date of purchase and the reason for return.;
  2. Our customer support team will endeavour to revert to you within 24 hours (during business days). Once the product details and the reason for return is confirmed, a pickup will be arranged to collect your product. ;
  3. Wrap the shoes neatly within the shoe box and place the shoe box into the larger carton sealing it. Should you no longer have the outer carton, please purchase an appropriate carton or bag. Do not use the shoe box as the return carton. Place the original invoice inside the larger carton and seal it.
  4. Our delivery partner will pick up the product. We will intimate you on the status of the pickup via email and SMS.
  5. Once the product reaches our facilities it will go through standard product inspection.
  6. Our customer service team will apprise you on the status of the inspection.
  7. If the product that is returned passes the standard product inspection, we will initiate a refund immediately. You will be notified via email. The refund should reflect in your bank account within 5-7 business days.
  8. If the product that is returned fails inspection, we will initiate a process to ship the product back to you. We will send you the courier charge payment details (to be borne by the customer in case of a rejected return) and confirm your shipment address via email. The product will be dispatched back to you once the courier payment is received by us.
  9. You will be notified on the shipment status via email and SMS.

At this time, we only accept returns on purchases made through our website i.e.“in.ecco.com”. All inquiries regarding purchases made through a participating ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be made at their original place of purchase.

ECCO RETURNS POLICY

ECCO India offers 15 days from the date of delivery to return the products purchased subject to inspection that the returned product is in saleable form without any usage or wear and tear along with original box and packaging material. The returns are further subject to:

  1. Only refund will be made for products purchased from in.ecco.com.
  2. Evidence of Sales invoice is mandatory.
  3. Damaged goods will only be eligible for a refund if reported by the customer as damaged on the date of delivery by the customer.
  4. Refunds are not applicable to product care and accessories.
  5. All refund claims must be initiated through email customer.care.in.@ecco.com with full details of the purchase.
  6. Refunds are subject to standard product inspection.
